Shipping
Free UK Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.
Dispatch Time
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. We do not currently ship internationally but are working on it — join our waitlist to be notified when we expand.
Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking link sent to your email once dispatched. You can also track your order via the Track Your Order link in the footer.
Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our product completely. If you are not happy with your results for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order we will make it right.
How to Return
To start a return or request a refund contact us at hello@byskyne.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Condition of Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless the product is faulty or damaged. If your product arrived damaged please contact us immediately with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
